Reception of the order
When you receive your order, it is important to control the external state of it (traces of shock, water traces, abnormal noise, etc…). Refuse the delivery in case of doubt. In addition, it is important to check the conformity of the order at the delivery.

to notify the refusal and the reasons of this one to us. Or call us at 067/21.11.44 or at +3267/21.11.44 (from outside Belgium) as quick as possible!
Right of retraction
To return your order while profiting from this faculty, it is necessary to follow the normal procedure of the Return & Exchange Service. To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
Labels stuck on the parts
The labels affixed with the products are essential to the treatment of the Return & Exchange Service. You should not in any case remove them, otherwise you'll lose your warranty..
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
The original factory packaging
All merchandise purchased from maisondieu.be is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
Warranty
Check the warranty period applicable to the presumedly defective parts. All our articles of an unit value higher than 40 € HT are guaranteed 1 year either by maisondieu.be, or by the manufacturer.
The articles of a value lower than 40 € HT are guaranteed by maisondieu.be only throughout 6 month as from the delivery date (Please read our Terms and Conditions)
Correct use of the material
Attention : don't try to dismount the parts by yourself if you don't have sufficient experiment. Any part deteriorated following a wrong use of the material, of any error of assembly involves the loss of the warranty.

Test if possible the parts received on another configuration in order to check that the ordered parts pose problem, this will avoid you latency.

Your billing number
The reference of the wrong part
The serial number of each parts
How do I return an item?
The parcel
Choose a parcel according to the size of the returned parts.
Caution: if the parcel used is oversize, we reserve ourselves the right to compensate you on the basis of the suitable parcel.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please add clearly the number of return outside the parcel, close to the address of forwarding preceded by mention “SAV” in bold. If several RMA were communicated to you, you must write them on the parcel too. If several parcels are necessary to forwarding, it is important that the numbers related to the boxes correspond to the contents of the various parcels.

Elements to be sent
It can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
A copy of invoice (or invoices if the parts were bought separately).
An explanatory word of the problems encountered with a concise recall of the discussion with the Hotline.
maisondieu.be is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
The track
Traking your parcel
At each stage of the treatment, an email will be sent to you. It will be soon possible to consult on line the state of your returns in the same way as the state of your orders in your customer account.
Times of exchange
In the measurement of the stock and state of the part to its reception, we carry out a standard exchange.
It may be however that the deadlines are lengthened if the part is inalienable (or exchange replenishment time of the manufacturer).
In the case of the damaged parts, the guarantee in fact is cancelled.
Nevertheless, we make the effort to ask for the exchange at the manufacturer. In this case, the time can be very important.
EXPENSES
As we indicate it to you under the "Terms and Conditions" of sale, within the framework of a return of material under guarantee, we take under conditions, the transport charges caused by the return during the month following the purchase of the material at our charges. Your forwarding costs are thus compensated by a purchase coupon valid on our site during 3 months.
Attention, we will refund the expenses within the limit of tariffs COLIPOSTE of the Post office. If you go beyond the postage rate compared to this base of assumption, the responsibility will remain with your expenses!
This is valid only within the framework of the guarantee: any other return of material (parts incompatible with other materials, retractation 7 days for example) does not give right to a purchase coupon.
If the return is justified by the faculty of retractation, this one is done with your expenses, and your risks and dangers !
